Limitation：最大限制是 narrative review 本質，作者明確說不是全面 systematic assessment，只納入英文文獻並仰賴 targeted search、institutional outputs 與專家知識，因此 selection bias 與 publication bias 無法排除。各監測計畫的病原、地區、年份、診斷工具與採樣族群不一致，加上低資源地區診斷敏感度／特異度有限，許多發生率與盛行率只能代表局部風險，不能直接外推成 Laos 或 Cambodia 的全國疾病負擔。
