- 關鍵論點：多項 RCT 證實短療程（小於 7 天）在 uncomplicated bacteremia、有效 source control 之腹內感染及 ventilator-associated pneumonia 不劣於長療程。然而，Staphylococcus aureus bacteremia、非發酵革蘭氏陰性桿菌、難治 MDR 病原體及免疫低下宿主之最適療程仍未確立。
